Abstract:

Full restoration of edentulous with implants and fixed prothesis present a challenge to a dentist. Even a experienced Implantologist should be extremely careful to make any type of guarantee promises in terms of certain form of prosthesis.

In the lecture is discussed implant supported overdentures classified by K. Misch. Also is compared different types of implant prostheses. Detailed is shown bar and telescopic constructions and benefits of them . discussion is about the material choice like modern dentistry requires.
